Hello hello my lovely readers, I hope this blog post finds you faring well this July evening as I catch you up all my June going-ons and offer up a 6th Alphabetical Instalment for your perusal.  My apologies for this blog post appearing mid-July after promising you last time with the arrival of summer there would be a higher frequency of blogging. However I have quickly discovered that the busyness doesn't end when term finishes and whilst this has kept me from boredom it has also kept me from blogging, I shall try and get back into the swing of things soon my dears with an exciting few blog posts being planned. Now sit down, grab a beverage of your choice and read on to find out what I got up to in the month of May (It wasn't all just work I promise!). I am sitting here able to write this blog post because I am now free! Free from revision and free from essay writing and it hasn't quite sunk in just yet. Yet we are very far into June so I apologise for the delay in getting round to polishing off and publishing this blog post. Hopefully now that things are settling down a bit I'll get a chance to become annoyingly blogging prolific again! Hello my dear readers, I hope this blog post finds you well and refreshed whatever you are up to. I started trying to write this post about 5 weeks ago...and as you can obviously tell time has flown and it is no longer April any more. It just seemed to be that every time I sat to write a blog post there was another essay I should be writing, gym to go to, social occasion, reading to be done, more essays to be written...and so on. It just getting put off and for that I would like to apologise as this blog is one of my favourite things to spend my time doing and I know it's also the main way some of you back home actually find out what I've been up to as I am getting increasingly appalling at keeping in touch too. Good morning to you my dear readers, I hope this blog post finds you well and enjoying a moment of relaxation. I know you weren't expecting another blog post so soon but I had to squeeze one more in before the end of the month! I can't really quite believe we're nearly crossing over into April because March has been a bit of an up-and-down emotional whirlwind for me and I didn't think that would come to a close so quickly. However April means a lot of good things that I'm looking forward to such as a return to my adopted homeland of Northern Ireland this evening. I really can't wait as it has nearly 3 months since I was last there and I have missed my family, friends and beautiful scenery a lot! So the first week of April will bring lots of coffee shop trips, walks on the beach and massive hugs. Hello my dear readers, I hope this blog post finds you well and refreshed. Since my last post  I have been having a grand old time with my little sister Eve as she has been visiting me in Sheffield as a post-birthday treat. It has been great to show her round some of my favourite haunts and make myself relax a bit too. This has also provided ample opportunity for my childish side to emerge through trips for gelato and excursions to the park, which has made me very happy :) For this blog post I would like to share with you some of my recent musings around the topic of sexism and particularly the area of objectification. Hello my darlings, I hope this blog post finds you well. It's been several weeks since I last wrote to you all and I apologise for the delay, things got crazy busy and this was the thing that I kept putting off in order to read another sermon or sprint between lectures, society meetings, gym and work. However there were some highlights such as seeing my Dad and a Man Utd win over Tottenham, curry night with the English gang before Easter break, getting to know new friends and sunny days in the beautiful Sheffield. There has probably been many wonderful things I've forgotten to mention so apologies to those events I have forgot to mention, my brain is a little frazzled and full up at the moment but I enjoyed them all!
